New drawing style...

I have decided to change my drawing style a tad. The main thing as you can see is the eyes I am going to draw them a lot smaller than I usually do and in front and 1/3 veiws I am going to make the nose less of a feather exept with older males. I also want to ad extra feathers on characters suits. So thats what I am doing right now and more changes might appear as well who knows.

Please tell me what you think of these changes.
